Mid-Level Litigation Associate

We currently have a unique opportunity for a mid-level litigation associate. The position offers a focused and driven attorney the opportunity to gain significant litigation, trial, and management skills – and, generally, an opportunity for tremendous career growth. The attorney will have their own caseload of long-term care negligence/abuse cases and, working under the supervision of a partner, will quickly be responsible for managing all aspects of those cases (from investigation to trial). In addition to being given substantive work from the onset, the attorney would also benefit from Brown & Barron's commitment to providing meaningful mentorship and training opportunities for its attorneys, as well as from our general collaborative environment. If interested, the attorney could also play a role in the firm's medical malpractice cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials; excellent research, writing, and verbal skills; an ability to work well with a diverse team; and a desire to learn and grow into a top-notch litigator and team leader.
